At Söner Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If your new watch doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch back in its original Söner presentation box with all protective films intact and include the completed return form inside the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or ship your replacement watch within 5-7 business days.
