Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?
All Söner watches are shipped from our headquarters in Sweden. Standard international shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your watch. The timepiece must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do Söner watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Söner watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, crystal, and dial.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Our watches are generally water-resistant up to 5 ATM or 10 ATM depending on the model. This means they can handle rain and splashes, but we recommend removing leather-strapped models before swimming.
What type of movements do you use?
We pride ourselves on precision. Söner watches utilize high-quality Japanese Miyota movements, including both reliable quartz and premium automatic calibers, ensuring longevity and accuracy.
